There are up to 3 battery mounts. How to use battery efficiently?

In designing the circuit and battery mount, Movcam aims at optimizing their functions.

The reason why the sled moves about instead of staying still close to operator’s left front side is the imbalance between the operator and the rig.

The balance of camera stabilizer refers to three aspects: static balance, dynamic balance and the balance between the right and operator.

When ideal static balance is achieved, the sled should hang perfectly upright and the camera stays level. Spin the sled gently to see if the sled could rotate steadily.

How to Adjust Static Balance

The static balance of the sled means three aspects: fore and aft balance, side to side balance and top-bottom balance. Before start adjusting, take precaution. Choose a stand that match the weight of the rig and put sand bags on the legs of the stand to prevent accidental tip-over.

The key point in mounting the camera on the stage is to line up the gravity points of both correctly.
